Other Genres

I get to listen to a lot of stuff that I don't necessarily want to listen to. The joys of three kids still at home!

Still, sometimes it makes you proud to be a parent. The other day as I walked down the hall, the youngest (14) was working on the bass lines for White Stripes 'Seven Nation Army', the middle one (17) was 'studying' to AC/DC 'Thunderstruck' and the eldest (22) was chillin' to Black Sabbath 'Paranoia'.

These kids have taste! Only downside was that in 80% of the house you could hear all three at the same time. Nothing's perfect!

Been listening to a lot of late 60's Motown stuff, "What's Goin' On" just joined the repertoire. Most of it is pretty straightforward...but NICE groove. "Let's Get It On" is another good one...speaking of sabotaging undergarments.
